What is the product warranty?-1
The products sold by us are covered by a two-year warranty from the dealer. The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase. It does not cover misuse resulting from the customer. You must read the owner's manual before using the product to ensure it meets safety and security standards and local electrical requirements. All electrical devices we sell are designed to operate on a range of 220-240 volts unless otherwise specified. If you do not have the appropriate outlet to operate the product using this voltage/power source, we advise you not to use the product. Products damaged due to the use of an incorrect power source will not be accepted under the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
Is there a fee for the delivery and installation service?-٢
Home delivery service is offered to the customer for a fee of 50 Riyals, depending on the areas where delivery service is available. The installation service for split air conditioners is charged at 130 Riyals per unit for areas where installation service is available.
What are the conditions for installing a split air conditioner?-٣
The customer must prepare the air conditioning installation site with all the required equipment (plumbing - electricity - drilling in concrete - clearing the installation area of previously installed air conditioners, if any). The company may refuse to install the air conditioners if the installation site is not ready, or if there is a danger, malfunction, or obstacles at the installation site. Each air conditioner requires one hole in addition to the copper supplied by the authorized dealer of the device. If the customer needs additional copper wires or any other installation requirements, including but not limited to (air conditioner brackets - rubber pads - a lift to connect the air conditioner to the roof - etc.), the customer is responsible for providing them. If the company wishes to provide the service, the customer will have to pay additional costs according to the pricing set by the company at that time.
